I’m Tracy Feldman, a freelance writer who makes complicated subjects clear and enjoyable to read. As an attorney (J.D., LL.M. in Real Property Development), real estate agent, and educator with a master’s in Literacy and Early Childhood Education, I bring careful research and a teacher’s clarity to every project. Respondent’s Brief, Appellate Division
Written as a summer legal intern with the Appeals Bureau of the Nassau County District Attorney’s Office (2021), for the New York Appellate Division, Second Department. The brief responds to an Anders brief, arguing that the defendant’s guilty plea was knowing, voluntary, and intelligent and that no non-frivolous issues remained for appeal.

The Necromancer's Tide is my ongoing gothic fiction series, published chapter by chapter on Substack. Set along the intracoastal, it follows a necromancer, a marine biologist, and a newcomer as an old, unpaid debt turns the water against the town that made it.
My CV
I bring a rare mix of legal training, real estate experience, and classroom teaching to every piece I write. I hold a J.D. and an LL.M. in Real Property Development, work as a real estate agent, and earned a dual master’s degree in Literacy and Early Childhood Education.
My published work includes a legal article on honoring unmarked burial plots and cemeteries. I also write real estate market content, clear legal explainers, and gothic fiction, which keeps my storytelling sharp.
